Restoration of Duchess Pond

This could be combined with a Thames 21 venture and measures to reduce traffic on Arnos Grove by reducing the width between Minchenden Crescent and the Green. There is evidence that some of the walled pond was never removed- just filled in and may be repurposed for a water feature.
